Hampton Manor proudly partners with Freedom Hill Horse Rescue, a local nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that operates its headquarters and operations on the estate.
Freedom Hill Horse Rescue is dedicated to saving neglected, abused, and unwanted horses, particularly those that are difficult to adopt. These horses are often older, have sustained injuries, or have developed chronic diseases.
Many of these gentle souls face uncertain futures, often ending up at auctions or on trailers bound for slaughterhouses. However, it doesn’t have to be this way.
At Freedom Hill, we believe that older, injured, and well-managed horses still have much love to give. They deserve to live with dignity and compassion.
Through our dedicated care, these horses receive the rehabilitation and healing they need. Once rehabilitated, they often become incredible healers themselves, providing comfort and therapy to people through our Equine Assisted Educational and Community Outreach Programs.
